We use this information only to respond to your enquiry or appointment request and to contact you about it. An online request is not a confirmed appointment.
How enquiries are handled
The forms prepare a WhatsApp draft on your device. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. Messages you send are handled by hospital staff and WhatsApp under its privacy policies. We do not sell your information.
Sensitive information
Please do not send detailed medical history, test results, national ID numbers, or payment information through the website. Discuss medical matters directly with the hospital.
Third-party services
If enabled, services such as maps, fonts or website analytics may process limited technical data (for example, your IP address and browser type) under their own policies.
